My First Love: Unexpected Twist of Events

I recall having a boyfriend at the time. But I wasn't in love; it was a relationship that occurred under peer pressure. During high school, I had also studied in an extracurricular art institution. There I met him... I was on my daily routine: go to school, get out, go to art classes in the afternoon, and walk around until the workshops begin. As I paced in the halls, I heard music from afar calling out my attention. It was oddly beautiful, yet a little out of tune. I followed the strangely mesmerizing sounds and found him, casually sitting against the wall playing the -unplugged- electric guitar. When I reach close enough to see his face, he turns to my direction and stops dabbling. Jesus. Why do I feel so awkward? Why is this stranger calling my attention? Why did he stop? Did I interrupt him? Why can't I move? What do I say?... Who is he?... He salutes a smile and I shatter: my cheeks boil, my palms sweat like crazy, and my thoughts hit self-destruct. I recompose, smile as if this was our everyday greeting, and walk away. I feel his eyes still on me which makes my neck hairs stand on end. I keep thinking about him for the rest of the day until the drowsiness drifts my thoughts away. I don't recall exactly how we became friends, or even how we ever spoke. All I know is, after two years of secret crushing and constant blushing, it was the best relationship I could ever ask for. Because of him, I can finally say: he was my first love.

Change

I love this quote from Barack Obama. Change is within ourselves and if we don't cooperate, we can't ever expect change to happen. We have to decide to change the way we are, or take another life turn, etc. It is done VOLUNTARILY and it is definitely not something you can change from day to night. Change is done through the course of time and unfortunately it is never easy to do. It is not easy, but is not impossible either! <3

I'll call it "POP CATS"

I found this utterly ADORABLE! And is also something I'm currently studying in art class... NO, NOT CATS, THE POP ART XD <3

Pop art is a very beautiful visual movement that inspires people around the world. It has its bright, vibrant colors that cause harmony in one's eyes. It has various themes and non-traditional techniques that manifest into creative, and fun masterpieces! I really love pop art, it inspired me, so what can it do to you?
I love this message. Just a thought I had since we're at risk of war... I figured we could use some calming thoughts that circle around PEACE <333

We can't live in war, nor fights in life, it's not healthy. Peace is the only tool God gave us so we could achieve companionship, coexistence, and harmony amongst us. Peace prevents us from war, and harm. It is what we must instruct to our children and the future generations of this world to keep it from self-destruction. If there is peace, there is life.
